- Payment: by PayPal, credit card, EPS or instant transfer upon reservation. The place of fulfillment and jurisdiction is Vienna.
- Bookings are always binding. We need 48 hours to confirm your journey.
- In the event of cancellation, a processing fee of 20% will be withheld from the payment made or the order total and will not be reimbursed. Cancellation fee: from 30 days before 20% – from 14 days before 50% – from 3 days before travel date 100% of the order amount. Short-term cancellations must be made in writing (by email to info@fiaker-paul.at ).
- A free cancellation by the customer is possible up to a maximum of 48 hours before the start of the journey.
In the event of cancellation within 48 hours before the start of the trip or less, no costs already paid will be refunded.
Silvia Paul Fiakerbetriebs GmbH reserves the right to cancel booked trips or services at any time under special circumstances (weather conditions, demonstrations, accidents, illness of employees or horses). - Changes: We undertake to contact you in advance for clarification in the event of any discrepancies in your booking, for example: color of the horses, choice of carriage, change of route due to construction sites, etc.
- Waiting times: will be charged because the teams are ready from the given time and subsequent bookings have to be reorganized.
- Fiaker operation is legally suspended from 35 degrees. If you have booked a trip for this day, we ask for your understanding. You will then receive a voucher and an alternative date.
- No warning without previous contact! If this content violates third-party rights or legal provisions, we ask for a message without charging any costs. We guarantee that we will immediately remove the content that is rightly objected to, without the need to involve a lawyer on your part. Should we nevertheless receive a warning with a cost calculation without prior contact, we will reject this in full and, if necessary, submit a counterclaim for violation of the aforementioned provisions.
